About Me
My name is Nina Hoven, entrepreneur and founder of EA Pathway.
My journey began in the family business, an engineering firm, where my father taught me the ins and outs of office work.
Over the years, I've worn many hats - from Receptionist to Admin Officer, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive PA, Executive Assistant, Board Administrator, and eventually Executive Assistant to CEO, CFO, and COO. I also ventured into the world of Event Management, which we all know can be a huge part of the EA or Admin role.
Driven by a passion for helping others succeed, I started my own business, offering contractor support to small businesses and co-founding another business to support leaders in business and workplace culture. However, the EA world kept calling me back, and I couldn't ignore the pull to return to my roots - mentoring and guiding Admins in a way that sets me apart from the rest.
Throughout my career, I've gained invaluable experience, won multiple awards, and shared my insights at conferences, seminars, and expos. Now, as the driving force behind EA Pathway, I'm thrilled to offer a unique 5-star learning experience through mentoring programs, training modules and packages.
