My name is Nina Hoven, entrepreneur and founder of EA Pathway.
My journey began as a Receptionist and I've experienced diverse roles in my career from Receptionist, Admin Officer, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive PA, Executive Assistant, Board Administrator, Executive Assistant to CEO (CFO & COO), and delving into the world of Event Management.
I then started my own business continuing to provide support in a contractor capacity, helping small businesses grow as well as working on other businesses that focus on wellbeing and our ability to thrive in our hectic careers and lives outside of that.
The Administration field is truly remarkable, offering a myriad of opportunities, whether it be as a career, or as a stepping stone to other fields.
Throughout my career, I've gained valuable experience, won multiple awards, spoken at conferences, seminars, and expos. I took a step back to start my business and now, as the driving force behind EA Pathway, I'm thrilled to provide a 5-star learning experience, through my Admin professional retreats, productivity packages and soon to be released training program.
